I recommend moving it straight onto your key ring so the inventory doe s not get too cluttered. If there is a key in there, double click it or drag it to your character’s inventory to take it with you. There’s a rare chance that the key will be in there. Gain entry to the car and check the loot tab and change over to the glove box icon to check it out. You can sometimes find a key for a car inside the glove box of the vehicle. There are generally two places to find car keys near the car. Be aware that smashing a window of the car will destroy it, meaning if you destroy the drivers window, there nothing stopping enemies from reaching into the car and biting or scratching you. If this is the case you will have two options to get into the car either find a key for the car or break the window.
